Fred William Vogele, 85, formerly of Wheaton, Minn., and long-time St. Paul resident, died Monday, Sept. 11 in Sioux Falls. Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 16 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Fairmont, Minn.
