Niessink sisters earn fall semester academic honors at Bemidji State
Lydia Niessink, of Brandon, has earned Dean’s List honors at Bemidji State University for the Fall 2025 semester.
To be eligible for the Dean’s List, BSU students must enroll in at least 12 credits and earn a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher for the semester.
Emma Niessink, also of Brandon, was named to Bemidji State’s President’s Honor Roll.
To be eligible for the BSU President’s Honor Roll, students must earn a grade-point average of 4.0 for the semester and be enrolled in at least 12 credits of coursework.
DWU announces fall Dean’s list
Dakota Wesleyan University recently released its fall 2025 dean’s list which includes 19 graduate students and 445 undergraduate students.
To qualify for the graduate dean’s list, students must have completed 9 hours of graded coursework with a term GPA of 3.75 or higher. Included on this list is Nathan Meyers, Brandon, Master of Business Administration.
To qualify for the undergraduate dean’s list, a student must have a semester grade point average of at least 3.5 on a four-point scale. They also must complete at least 12 hours of academic work during the semester.
The following area students have been named to the undergraduate dean’s list for the fall 2025 semester: Brandon – Colton Padgett, Madison Sommervold, Matthew Tille; Garretson – Jaelyn Benson, Sydney Olson, Lily Ranschau; Valley Springs – Kennedy Safar, Augustus “Gus” Scott.
