Vendors sought for Shop Small event
Vendors are invited to register to sell their wares at the Shop Small Vendor Fair on Saturday, Nov. 30. The event, an endeavor of the Brandon Valley Area Chamber of Commerce, is from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Celebration United Methodist Church, 500 Pasque Flower Trail.
The fee for Chamber members is $50 for a 10-foot by 10-foot space. The non-member fee is $65. Vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs, etc. The deadline to register is 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22.

BVMS brings ‘The Little Mermaid Jr.’ to PAC stage
Brandon Valley Middle School’s theatre department will give two public performances of Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr. at the Performing Arts Center in the high school. The curtain rises at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, and 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23. Admission is free.
Bill Thompson State Farm collecting
donations for BAFP
Bill Thompson-State Farm, Brandon, is hosting a Nov. 19-Dec. 23 food drive for the Brandon Area Food Pantry. They will be collecting food, personal care items, and accepting monetary donations. All monetary donations will be matched up to $500. Items of need are shampoo, toothpaste, adult toothbrushes, hard taco shells, Dinty Moore Stew (mid-size can), bar soap, and Kleenex. Items can be dropped off from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at their offices in both Brandon and Sioux Falls.
Circuit Warm Winter
Weather Clothing Drive underway
Circuit Fitness in Brandon is conducting a Warm Winter Weather Clothing Drive for the St. Francis House in Sioux Falls now through Dec. 20. Donations may be dropped off at Circuit, 1124 E. Holly Blvd., 3-7:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, and 8-11:30 a.m. Saturdays.
Donations of new or gently-used (clean) clothing in both adult and children’s sizes are sought. Items to consider for donation are hats, gloves, scarves, jackets coats, sweaters, boots, socks, and blankets.
VFW collects
personal hygiene items
for veterans
VFW Three Rivers Post 4726 in Brandon is conducting a personal hygiene drive. All of the donated items will be dispersed to local area veterans in need. Lotion and deodorant are highly requested items.
Donations may be dropped off at the VFW, 321 Main Ave.
