Area students recognized for academic achievement at NSU

Northern State University has announced its Fall 2025 semester President’s, Dean’s and Academic Recognition lists, which includes a number of area students.
The President’s List honors full-time undergraduate students who have achieved a perfect 4.00 grade point average (GPA) for the semester. The Dean’s List recognizes full-time undergraduate students who have attained a GPA of 3.50 to 3.99 during the semester. And part-time undergraduate students earning a place on the Academic Recognition List have achieved a system honor point average of 3.50 or higher for the semester. Eligibility requires completion of at least 12 credit hours prior to the current semester at one or more Regental institutions. 

Named to the President’s List from Brandon are Kennedi Deckert, Abigail Huska, Alexa Johnson, Jaci Stemwedel.
