Eight local students recognized for academic achievements at NSU

Northern State University has released the President’s (4.0 GPA), Dean’s (3.50-3.99 GPA), and Academic Recognition (3.50 GPA or higher) Lists for the fall 2024 semester.

Local students included on the President’s List from Brandon are: Sage Bultje, Abigail Huska, Melissa Jacobson, Alexa Johnson and Thomas Risty; Valley Springs: Alicia Gedge.

Hunter Patton, of Brandon, was named to the Dean’s List.

Schweitzer included on SMWC Dean’s List

Taylor Schweitzer, of Garretson, achieved Dean’s List status for the fall 2024 semester at St. Mary-of-the-Woods College, which is located in Indiana.
