Letters to the Editor - Rieckman: On the hunt for Brandon FFA jacket
I am a recently retired ag teacher/FFA advisor, and for the upcoming 100th anniversary of the SD FFA in a couple years, I have been collecting jackets from ever chapter that is or was.
This is where I need your help! I don’t Facebook and I really don’t know anyone in Brandon. I have a Brandon Valley jacket, but I need a Brandon FFA jacket. It would have to come from someone who graduated before the Brandon-Valley Springs merger. So, they would be in mid 70’s or older.
Jackets will be displayed in the Kimball Tractor Museum for two years, and then in 2028 at the State Fair and SD State FFA Convention for two years in 2028 and 2029. All jackets will be returned after events.
