Pork sandwich tailgater this Friday
BV Lynx Basketball Boosters have organized a pork sandwich tailgate from 5-6:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21 in the parking lot outside the BV Stadium, The $5 meal deal includes a pork sandwich, chips and water.
BLC to host BVMS 5th Quarter
Brandon Lutheran Church will host 5th Quarter from 9-11 p.m. Fridays, Sept. 21 and 28. Brandon Valley Middle School students. 5th Quarter is a faith-centered fun gathering following select home football games.
Volunteers and donations of Mt. Dew, root beer, orange soda, bottled water and money for supplies are needed.

Hardwood Challenge registration now open
Team registrations are now being accepted for the 11th annual Brandon Valley Hardwood Challenge Basketball Tournament, which is Nov. 17. The tournament is open to boys and girls in grades 3-8, A and B divisions. Cost is $150 per team.

Bottoms Up Pink Ladies 5K run/walk
Bottoms Up Pink Ladies will host a Halloween Close Enough 5K Run/Walk from 1-5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27. Halloween costumes are encouraged.
Cost is $25 for adults (includes t-shirt and one free drink card); children are free or $15 (for t-shirt).
Registration begins 1 p.m. on the day of the event at Bottoms Up. Runners start at 2 p.m.; walkers begin at 2:15 p.m.
