With three days left in the principal’s chair at Robert Bennis Elementary in early June, the walls in Karen Heyden’s office were still decorated with memorabilia from her 20-year career with the Brandon Valley School District.
With the school year approaching, a wide-variety of fall extracurricular activities are slated to begin in the coming days. I would strongly encourage all students to get involved. Participating in an extracurricular activity has tremendous benefits.
