Thomas L. Rustand, 82

Thomas Lee Rustand, 82, of Sioux Falls, died Monday, Nov. 6, 2023. Funeral services were held Friday, Nov. 10 at Abiding Savior Free Lutheran in Sioux Falls. Burial was in the South Dakota State Veteran’s Cemetery.

He is survived by sons, Tony (Franny Cantrell, Bobby and Mark Cantrell) of Carney, Okl., and Tim (Elaine Palmberg) and grandkids, Mikaela and Levi Rustand of Brandon;sister, Phyllis Regnier, St. Peter, Minn.; and nieces and nephews.
