Supe's On: BV’s winter concert season is ‘music to our ears’

Brandon Valley’s rich tradition of Fine Arts has been on full display throughout the 2024 winter concert season. Through their dedication, passion, and talent, students and staff have delivered outstanding performances. The positive impact of Fine Art programs extends far beyond our school walls. The winter concert season has and is serving as an opportunity to bring together students, families, and community members. Great job, Lynx!

On behalf of the entire BV family, we extend our condolences and sympathies to the family and friends of long-time BVSD Operations Manager, Todd Williams. Mr. Williams’ nearly 30-year administrative career at Brandon Valley was foundational to our district’s success. Upon a strong foundation, great things are built, and Mr. Williams was key to the district’s management of educational facilities and programs.

As the holiday season and new year approaches, we can reflect on the challenges and opportunities 2024 presented us within the Brandon Valley School District. There is much to be proud of as we reflect on this past year, but there is always work to be done as we continually strive for growth and improvement within our schools. Winter break begins with a two-hour early dismissal on Friday, Dec. 20 and classes resume on Thursday, Jan. 2.
