Russell Fischer, 78, of Ramona, died Sunday, Oct. 22, 2023 at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls.

Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday, October 30, at St. Williams Catholic Church, Ramona. Burial was in the St. Williams Cemetery, Ramona. 

He is survived by his wife, Carol, of 51 years; five children, Lori Downs of Hartford, Missy (Stuart) Livingston of Brandon, Tony Fischer of Ramona, Paul Fischer (Lindsay Dinges) of Ramona, and Michael (Maren) Fischer of Centerville; 10 grandchildren, Morgan (Ryan) Bjorkland, Payton (Kyleigh Moran), Kate and Ben Livingston, Caleb, Nolan and Harper Fischer, Quincy, Oscar and Otis Fischer; great-granddaughter, Ella Bjorkland; sister, Connie (Don) Klein of Madison; brother-in-law, Phil Gonzales of Denver, and several nieces and nephews.
