Matilda “Tillie” Fanning, 104

Matilda “Tillie” O. Fanning, 104, of Sioux Falls, died Saturday, Aug. 12, 2023, at Prince of Peace Care Center in Sioux Falls surrounded by her family. Funeral services were held Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2023 at St. Lambert Catholic Church in Sioux Falls. Interment was in the Hills of Rest Cemetery in Sioux Falls.

She is survived by her daughters, Jan Munson, Sturgis, Mary Ann Hanten, Sioux Falls, and Sue (Gary) Pekas, Brandon; 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and two great great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
