Splitrock Ladies Bowling League results
Results of the Nov. 25 Splitrock Ladies Bowling League are: High Team Game and Series, L.O.L., 978 and 2,555;
High Individual Game and Series, Amy Caldwell, 193; Amy Caldwell and Shari Petri tied for series at 471.
Diane Fueston picked up the 2-7-8 split; Julaine Walked picked up the 3-6-8 split; Brenda Jones had three turkeys; and Cindy Hennings and Sue Polly each had one turkey.
Results from the Nov. 18 are as follows: High Team Game and Series, Garretson, Ins., 855 and 2,516; High Individual Game, Marcia Ryken, 187, which was 53 pins over her average; High Individual Series, Sharon Small, 485.
Pat Paulsen picked up the 9-10 and 7-8 splits; Cheryl Scholl and Bonnie Kramer both picked up the 5-7 split; and Dee Polreis and Marcia Ryken each had a turkey.
BVHS Club bowling results
It was a clean sweep for Brandon Valley High School’s club bowling teams’ matches against Dell Rapids in their second week of the 2025-26 club season. The varsity Lynx boys out-rolled Dell Rapids 34-16, and the Lady Lynx varsity team nearly matched that effort at 33.5-16-5.
In junior varsity action, the boys etched out a 27-23 win and the girls defeated the Quarriers 29-5-20-5.
Against the O’Gorman Knights in week three, the varsity boys defeated the Knights 29-21 and the JV boys rolled a dominating 46-4 win.
The Lady Lynx varsity also gave a dominating performance in their 49-1 win, while the JV girls won 27.5-18.5.
The Lynx continued their winning way in week four against McCook Central-Montrose. All four squads posted victory. the varsity boys won 46-4, the JV boys won 43-7. Both the varsity and JV girls’ teams posted 32-18 victories.
