Lyle E. Schroeder, 89

Lyle E. Schroeder, 89, of Sioux Falls, died Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2024, at Ava’s Hospice House, with his family by his side. Memorial services were held Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2024, at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Sioux Falls. A private family interment was held in Woodlawn Cemetery, Sioux Falls, prior to the memorial service.

He is survived by his children, Sandra (Kevin) Hildring of Larchwood, Iowa, Sheila (Jeffery) Parks of Sioux Falls, and daughter-in-law Jill Schroeder of Brandon; eight grandchildren, Nick (Amy) Hildring, Ben (Kim) Hildring, Anna(Blake) Nelson, Austin (Becky) Parks, Alison (Carl) Serck, Ashton (Jade) Tinklenberg, Jared (Jasmine) Schroeder, and Jacob (Nicole) Schroeder; 17 great-grandchildren; a multitude of special friends and relatives.
