Leslie “Les” Broughton, 78, of Sioux Falls, died Friday, March 27, 2026, at Ava’s House in Sioux Falls. A service will be held at a later date. 

Les is survived by his son, Bob (Jill) Laird of Sioux Falls; daughter, Connie (Gilbert) Perez of Flower Mound, Texas; brothers, Adam (Moni) Broughton III, Steven (Dena) Broughton, and Eli Broughton; sister, Patty (Kent) Mulder; and brother in-law, Curt Olson; five grandchildren and five (with one on the way) great-grandchildren, Jordan (Laura) Laird and their son, Beckett, of Brandon, Jacob (Brittany) Laird and their daughter, Isabelle, with another one on the way, of Livonia, Mich., Jeremy (Katie) Laird and their son, Jackson, and twin daughters, Aerith and Lilith, of Sioux Falls, Gabriela Perez of Flower Mound, and Alexis Perez of Flower Mound; and many nieces and nephews.
