Joseph Wendell Sandoval, 63, of Brandon, passed away Thursday, March 27, 2025, surrounded by his family. 

A Celebration of Life for Joe will begin at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 5, 2025, at Heartland Funeral Home, Brandon. If we are blessed with your presence at Joe’s Celebration of Life, and in honor of Joe’s love for music, please dress in music/band attire – ‘no country music references allowed’. 

He is survived by his wife, Louise (Rostyne) Sandoval; daughter, Alison (Van) Lane, Omaha, Neb.; son, Joseph N. Sandoval, Sioux Falls; grandchildren, Madison Lane and Jett Lane; sisters, Rebecca Sandoval, Medford Ore., and Terry (Tony) Winkler, Evansville, Ind.; brother, Tom Sandoval, New Harmony, Ind.; aunts, Carol Wilcox and Harriett (Ken) Kutter, all of Sioux Falls; special friends, Harvey and Teresa Freeman; and numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
