Janell Kuhnert, 72

Janell Ann Kuhnert, 72, of rural Valley Springs, died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025 at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls. Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 29, 2025 at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Sioux Falls.

She is survived by her husband/best friend, Arlen Kuhnert, rural Valley Springs; sons, Kyle (Marcia) Kuhnert, rural Valley Springs, and Brock (Jenny) Kuhnert of Kansas City, Mo,; granddaughters, Cassie, Hailey and Kelsey; sisters, Donna (Mike) Zaug, Kranzburg, Lynne (Bruce) Bonander, Larchwood, Iowa, and Sandra (Bob) Schuette, of Crooks,; mother-in-law, Darlene Kuhnert, Inwood, Iowa; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
