Dave Ovall, financial services rep at First Interstate Bank in Brandon, had some fun at his branch manager’s (Amanda Nesburg) expense. After he suggested the bank have a TV, Nesburg gifted him one, but it was meant more for a Barie house than the bank. The “ugly sweater,” he shares, was all in the name of “payback” fun. A BVHS quartet – Lucy LaMont, Izzie Gibson, Ryley McKeown and Ella McCarthy surprised their choir teacher, Rachel Fode, with the gift of music. The quartet is one of several small groups carrying out the BVHS choir’s Carolgrams project this year.
