Physicals needed for 2018-19 athletic, band programs

All incoming 7-12th grade students who plan to participate in Brandon Valley athletics and/or marching band during the 2018-19 school year must have a new physical on or after April 1, 2018, using BV’s two-page physical form. This form is available on the BVHS website, at both Brandon medical clinics and the middle and high school offices.
When the form has been completed, parent(s) and/or guardian are stating they’ve also completed the Family Access update/verification process for the 2018-19 school year, including emergency contact information and permission to print student information used for team travel, printed rosters and standard media coverage.
