Mark Westover, 74, of Garretson, died Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls. A gathering to celebrate his life will be held from 1-4 p.m., with military honors at 4 p.m., Saturday, July 31, all taking plae at the American Legion in Garretson.

He is survived by his wife, Roxann, Garretson; children, Dallas (Kristen) Westover  and Nikki (Darrek) Chester, all of Garretson; grandchildren, Jayse, Lincoln, Hadley, and Parker Westover, and Treyton, Drew, and Kacen Chester; siblings, Tom (Barb) Westover, Egan, Barbara (Jim) Schenck, Vergas, Minn., Mary (Gordon) Lee, Elkton, Warren (Lisa) Westover, Sioux Falls, Terry (Tammy) Westover, Dell Rapids, Dale (Susan) Westover, Sioux Falls, Todd (Jackie) Westover, Sioux Falls, Rich (Kelley) Westover, Colman, Peggy (Shaun) Bell, Harrisonville, Mo.; daughter-in-law, Marlene (Merle) Westover, Isle, Minn.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
