Fall 2024 Dean’s List
Chloe Lippert, of Sioux Falls, was named to Buena Vista University’s Fall 2024 Dean’s List. Lippert was among more than 560 students named to the Dean’s List this semester.
The Dean’s List recognizes full-time students achieving a 3.5 grade point average or higher for the semester.

Recognition, Dean’s lists
South Dakota Mines has honored 763 students in the fall 2024 semester for academic excellence. The university named 714 students to the Fall 2024 Dean’s List, and 49 students to the Fall 2024 Academic Recognition List. The Dean’s List recognition is for full-time students while the Academic Recognition List is for part-time students.
To merit a spot on the Dean’s List, students must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for the semester. Full-time students must have earned a minimum of 12 credit hours for the term. To earn a place on the Academic Recognition List, part-time students must have earned between three and 11 credit hours that term in addition to a 3.5 GPA.

Teveldal named to Chancellor’s List at UMN Crookston
Bailey Teveldal, of Garretson, was named to the Fall 2024 Chancellor’s List at the University of Minnesota-Crookston. She is an exercise science and wellness major. To qualify for the Chancellor’s List, students must complete 12 or more letter-graded (A-F) credits while attaining a 4.0 grade point average.
