Splitrock Ladies League

The Splitrock Ladies bowled March 25: High Team Game & Series, L O L, 865 & 2,560; High Individual Game, Brenda Jones, 198, which was also 67 pins over her average; High Individual Series, Jill Reindl, 467.

Shari Petri picked up the 5-10 split; Cheryl Scholl picked up the 4-5 split; Shiloh Oorlog and Kathy Hegge both picked up the 3-10 split; Marlene Blum picked up the 7-8 split; Kathie Franz picked up the 2-7 & 3-10 splits; and Pam Fjellanger picked up the 5-7 split.

April events on tap at the BVHA ice rink

The Brandon Valley Hockey Association has a variety of events planned for April at their indoor rink in Aspen Park. Here’s a rundown of the month:

• Open Skate: Mondays and Thursdays, 5:30-7 p.m.

• Cosmic Skate: Fridays, 7:15-8:45 p.m.

• Stick & Puck: Tuesdays and Fridays (ages 12 and younger), 5:30-7 p.m.; Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (ages 12 and older), 7:15-8:45 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays, 12:45-2:15 p.m.

• Ladies League: Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m.

• Men’s Leagues: GHL (C & D Level Skaters), Wednesdays, 7:45-8:45 p.m. 

• IceCats Hockey League: (A & B Level Skaters), Wednesdays 9-10 p.m.
