Donald “Don” Joseph Pokorney, 85, of Sioux Falls, died Thursday, March 4, 2021 at the Avera Dougherty Hospice House in Sioux Falls. Mass of Christian Burial will begin 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 10 at the Church of St. Mary, Sioux Falls, with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery.
He is survived by his children, Michelle (Terry) Pellman, Brandon, and Thomas Pokorney, Sioux Falls; grandsons, Jack and Sam Pellman; brothers Laddie (Minerva) Pokorney, Lakewood, Colo., and Larry (Juanita) Pokorney, Sioux Falls; sister, Darlene Pokorney, Sioux Falls; and a host of other relatives and friends.
