Dear BVHS Graduating Class of 2019,
As your time at Brandon Valley High School ends and you celebrate your graduation, I would like to congratulate you on this outstanding accomplishment. The commencement ceremony is a time-honored tradition that provides an outstanding opportunity to reflect upon your educational experience. Certainly, you have faced some ups and downs through the years. Your ability to maintain a growth mindset and work through challenges will serve you well as you venture on life’s journey. Always remember, once a Lynx – always a Lynx!
While you turn to the next chapter and take with you all the knowledge, skills, and lessons learned, it is important to remember that two simple things most often play a large part in an individual’s success – Attitude and Effort. You and only you can control these two things. Undoubtedly, you will face hurdles and stumble along the way, but resilience and grit can propel you to your dreams. Whatever you choose to be – be great at it!
Congratulations on your high school graduation and best of luck in all you do!
Dr. Jarod M. Larson,
Superintendent
