Senior Spotlight: Anna Halseth

Anna Halseth is having the time of her life as a Brandon Valley High School senior, and it’s the multitude of state championships won this year that has her saying, “It’s such a fun year to be a senior!”
Broc and Krista Halseth’s daughter will attend the Augie Access program at Augustana College this fall.
“I hope to have a career someday working with kids,” she adds.
At BVHS, Anna has participated in Best Buddies. Special Olympics (bowling, basketball, track) and has served as the manager for the Lady Lynx basketball program.
She’s also active in her church youth group at Brandon Lutheran and has been a student of Allison’s Dance Academy for 10 years.
“My favorite part of being a senior is open lunch hour,” she shares.” I love to go out to lunch with friends and my lunch of choice is Taco Johns.”
The BV Lynx and Minnesota Vikings are her favorite sports teams, and teal is her favorite color, and is currently binge-watching Grey’s Anatomy, which she lists as her favorite TV show.
