Funeral services for Richard Hawe, 71, of Sioux Falls, were held Monday, Dec. 17, 2018 at George Boom Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory, Sioux Falls.

Mr. Hawe died Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2018, at the Minnesota Veterans Home in Luverne 

Richard is survived by his special friend, Judy Hawe, Sioux Falls; children, Michelle (Steve) Ripberger of Bartlett, Tenn., Roxie Johnson of Sioux Falls, Laurie (Mike) Houchins of Newport News, Va., Rick (Kim) Jackson of El Cajon, Calif., and Jamie (Chris) Kessler of Brandon; 14 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Jan (George) Martin of Brandon; and many nieces, nephews, racing family, and friends.
