NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN a Verified Petition for Adult Name Change has been filed by Kaylee Renee Cook the object and prayer of which is to change Petitioner’s name from Kaylee Renee Cook to Kaleigh Renee Cook. On the 18 day of December, 2018, at the hour of 11:00 a.m. said verified petition will be heard by this Court before the Honorable Judge Theeler Presiding, at the Court Room in the 4A Minnehaha County Courthouse, City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, South Dakota, or as soon thereafter as is convenient for the court.
