Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Minnehaha County Planning Commission to be held at 7:00 p.m. on July 26, 2021 in the Commission Room of the County Administration Building, 415 N Dakota Ave., Sioux Falls, SD., there will be a public hearing to consider the following:

REZONE from the A-1 Agricultural District to the Laurel Ridge Planned Development District, property legally described as East 200 Feet of Lot B Tract 1 Laurel Ridge Addition in the SE ¼ SE ¼ Section 23-102-49 Mapleton Township, Minnehaha County, South Dakota. To allow the expansion of Event Facilities within the Laurel Ridge Planned Development District.

All interested persons may appear and be heard.
