Minnehaha County Highway Department requests bids for “Highway 110 Culvert Replacement”.
Replace an existing 71” x 47” CMP culvert with three concrete box culverts (two 6’wide x 4’tall, one 8’wide x 4’tall), and replace an existing 42” RCP culvert with a 48” RCP culvert.
Sealed bids shall be received by Minnehaha County Auditor’s Office, 415 N Dakota Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57104, not later than 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2019. Bids shall be publicly opened and read at the Auditor’s Office at 10:30am.
Specifications and proposal forms that must be used are available at Minnehaha County Highway Department located at 2124 E 60th Street North, Sioux Falls, SD 57103. Bids submitted on forms other than the proposal supplied by the Minnehaha County Highway Department will be irregular and will not be considered.
Minnehaha County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of the county.

An ordinance amending the 1990 Revised Zoning Ordinance for Minnehaha County.
The Minnehaha County Board of Commissioners adopted Ordinance MC16-164-19 on November 26th, 2019. This ordinance amended Ordinance MC16-90, the 1990 Revised Zoning Ordinance for Minnehaha County by amending Article 10.00 – PD Planned Development District.
The entire ordinance is on file in the office of the County Auditor and available for inspection during regular business hours.
