Tom McAdaragh, president/COO of Midco, spoke on behalf of the company at their Brandon Valley Area Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting last week. “This is a great milestone ceremony for us. We’re so glad to be another option in Brandon for some telecommunication-type services,” he said. McDaragh went on to say, “Brandon’s not a strange place to us, because a lot of our team members actually live in Brandon. We know that Brandon is a growing community. It’s really picking up steam and we feel the services that Midco has for high-speed internet, and in the case of Brandon, we’re going fiber to the premise, so that’s a service where we can get 5 gigabits. I think that’s going to be pretty valuable, as the future demands of data come along.” Midco also offer the services to businesses and have even higher speeds, if required. “We’re really glad to have a chance to be in your community and as your needs start to grow, we’re going to be there for you. We’ve been around for a long time and we intend to be around for a very long time,” he said. This year, Midco was presented the JD Powers Award. “We were voted No. 1 in the West. So, out of 16 states from California all the way to Iowa, our customer satisfaction is the highest. They talked to all the different customers of provider and we were the highest. We strive for that and you see the number of service people that are here to support you and it’s not just that way at celebrations. It’s going to be that way throughout the journey that we have together here in Brandon.”
