Man arrested for indecent exposure

Brandon Police arrested a Brandon man for indecent exposure on Sept. 17.
According to police reports, Thomas Neil McGinley, 62, was inside his home in the 500 block of East Elm Street, where he was exposing himself through a window to children waiting at a bus stop.
Upon report and investigation, Lt. Jamie Steffel said McGinley was arrested.
The Brandon Valley School District and its transportation department were notified of the incident, along with parents of students who witnessed the incident.
Steffel said Thursday’s incident was not the first, as reported by students.
As a result, the bus stop near Mcginley’s home has been relocated.
