BVHS football ‘Scout Players of the Week’
Six members of Brandon Valley High’s football program are recognized as “Scout Players of the Week” for the first week of November.
The honorees are Isaac Burchill, Chris Gascoigne, Michael Poncelet, Jared Vanderbush, Riley Pletten and Caden Johnson.
Splitrock Ladies League
The Splitrock Ladies bowled Oct. 31, with the following results: High Team Game, Jesse James, 898; High Team Series, Rheault Ag Supply LLC, 2,565; High Individual Game, Holly Mulde, 198, which was 62 pins over her average; High Individual Series, Marcia Bork, 529.
Holly Mulder picked up the 5-10 split and Bonnie Kramer picked up the 3-10 split.
Results from Nov. 7 are: High Team Game and Series, Steve’s Electric, 892 and 2,592; High Individual Game and Series, Pat Paulsen, 182 and 499.
Marlene Blum and Pat Paulsen each picked up the 4-5 split; Barb Risty picked up the 2-7 and 3-10 splits; Elaine Benson and Gwynne Anderson both picked up the 2-7 split.
