Upon reading and filing the Petition for Name Change of Minor Child of Jason Andrews, said Petitioner, has been a resident of Minnehaha County, South Dakota in excess of the last six (6) months, pursuant to SDCL 21-37-2, and that there appears to be proper cause for the change the name of minor child from Autymn Brooke Andrews (f/k/a Autymn Brooke Christensen) to that of Mercedes Lynn Andrews. 

It is hereby NOTICED that said Petition be heard by the Honorable Sandra Hanson, Circuit Court Judge at the Minnehaha County Courthouse, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, on August 16, 2021 at 1:30 o’clock, p.m.; that Notice be given to all persons interested, by publishing the Notice of Hearing once each week for four successive weeks in the Brandon Valley Journal, which is a newspaper published in Minnehaha County, South Dakota, pursuant to SDCL 21-37-4.
