Letter to the Editor: We will wait for Novavax

Thinking of getting that second COVID booster shot? Consider this. There is a better vaccine out there. We, in the U.S.A., just cannot get it yet even though it is a U.S. company. This shot has proven more effective than anything presently available, even against variants. It also requires much lower storage temperatures, which makes it easier to transport.

This company is called Novavax. It has been approved in 36 countries and by the World Health Organization and yet the FEDS are dragging their feet on approval here. Submission for approval was made three months ago and yet nothing from the FDA. Why? When big pharma submitted they had approval in less than two weeks. Something smells like dead fish. My wife and I are eligible for the second booster. We will wait for Novavax.
