Letter to the Editor: Thanks for the Holly blooms

I am writing to express my gratitude to all who have been involved with installing, planting and maintaining the beautiful flower baskets along Holly Boulevard.

On my daily commute, I have watched as the buds have blossomed and the greenery overflowed. They are a beautiful addition to the city and I especially appreciate having them installed along this route.
