Please be advised that the limited liability company South Dakota Threads, LLC (the “Company”) doing business at 1904 W. River Bluff Dr., SD 57005, will be dissolved by mutual consent of the members pursuant to the terms of the Company’s operating agreement as of June 30, 2020.

All claims against the assets of the Company must be made in writing and include the claim amount, basis, and origination date. The deadline for submitting claims is June 24, 2025. Any claims that are not received by the Company prior to the date set forth above will not be recognized. All claims and payments must be sent to 1904 W. River Bluff Dr., SD 57005.
