BEFORE THE BRANDON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE is hereby given that the Brandon Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing regarding Tax Increment Financing District No. 6. Said hearing will be held at the Brandon City Council Chambers located at 308 Main Avenue, Brandon, South Dakota, on the 1st day of July, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. The proposed Tax Increment Financing District includes all or a portion of the following parcels:
Lots 2, 3, 4A and 5, Block 2 of Corson Development Park Addition to the City of Brandon, Minnehaha County, South Dakota.
The Tax Increment District will be created to assist in the development of industry. Interested persons may present written comments to the City Planning Department or appear in person at the Public Hearing scheduled for the time and place specified above.
