Funeral services for Carlyn J. Brazee, 72, of Valley Springs, will begin at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2019, at Spirit of Truth Lutheran Church in Brandon. Interment will be in the Pleasantview Cemetery, Valley Springs.

Visitation with family present from 5:30-6:30 p.m. is Wednesday. April 3, at Heartland Funeral Home in Brandon.

Carlyn died Friday, March 29, 2019, at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls.

She is survived by her children, Barb (Trev) Dawley, Valley Springs, and Jerod Brazee, Garretson; five grandchildren, Brittany, Chadler, Taylor, Natalie, and Carson; six siblings and many cousins.
