Anytime Fitness, the world’s largest and fastest-growing 24-hour fitness club, is celebrating the prestigious award of Club Platinum. This award is given to the top 100 Anytime Fitness clubs and with over 3,500 clubs worldwide, that means only a select few receive this honor. Anytime Fitness in Brandon is the only South Dakota club to be recognized.
Jayme Smid, co-owner of Anytime Fitness, couldn’t be happier about the recognition their business has earned.
“Helping our members improve their health and fitness is an honor,” Smid said. “Our gym is friendly and inviting, which makes it easy for members to stay committed to their fitness goals. To know that we are among the best of the best is truly so exciting. We owe it all to our wonderful members and friendly staff. Being able to make a difference in so many of our members’ lives truly makes the hard work worth it. One of the biggest criteria for the award is member satisfaction and retention. Members receive a survey asking them about their experience and if they plan to remain a member with Anytime Fitness. The fact that we scored very highly in this area (among others) tells us that we’re doing something right!”
Anytime Fitness gyms are staffed approximately eight hours a day, but members can access the club whenever they like using a computerized key-fob system, and have access to more than 3,500 clubs worldwide.
“We make it easy for our members to exercise whenever and however they like,” said Smid.  “The gym is clean and well-maintained, featuring the best exercise equipment available. We have personal trainers available to help you learn how to use the equipment and to develop an individualized workout plan, if you like. Several free classes are offered each week for those wanting some assistance from a certified trainer. These classes range from yoga, Zumba, cycling, and more. Along with our trainer led classes, we also have a ‘Fitness on Request’ system that allows members to choose from hundreds of video classes whenever it’s most convenient for them.”
